(AKI) - The stalled political process in Lebanon, combined with the current violence on the streets and the defiant manoeuvres of militias, is leaving the country struggling to function as a sovereign, democratic State, United Nations special envoy Terje Roed-Larsen told the United Nations Security Council late on Thursday.
